Organising for Grassroots

As Community Organisers we believe in people’s power and capacity to change things for the better. We have one-to-one conversations with people using our active listening skills that help unravel the passions and concerns of people. We empower people to take action on the things that really matter to them by being animators, facilitators and educators, always being supportive of inclusion, diversity and collective thinking.

 

We work together side-by-side with the community, passing on our community organising’ transferable skills, fostering participatory leadership and community empowerment with the aim of building sustainable communities.
