Organising for good businesses, social enterprises

We support businesses to create social responsibility projects according to the needs of the business and the interests of their employees. We encourage employees to explore their capacity and creativity to design the most suitable social responsibility projects using a collaborative approach by including other departments within the business and connecting with third sector organisations (Public & Private Partnerships PPP), with the aim of making a meaningful and sustainable impact in the communities they want to support.

 

We use our Community Organising methodology to support people to create and take action on their ideas, transferring to them the necessary skills to repeat the same co-creation process for other projects in the future.

 

The results is employees who feel more empowered, who have more ownership of their work, who explore their creativity, improve their team work abilities and feel more valued by the organisation they work for.
